Custom AI & IoT solutions
When your building needs more than a standard solution.
Every building has its own technical history: different equipment, software that has grown over time, scattered data and operating routines that do not fit a standard scheme. Nebatic develops custom AI, data and IoT solutions for buildings and their operators – starting from a concrete task, not from a ready-made product package.
First we understand your building. Then we design the solution.
It starts with a conversation: what should improve? Which problems come up in operation? Which systems, data and responsibilities already exist? Together with your team we examine the starting point, identify data gaps and define how success will be measured. Only then do we decide whether additional sensing, data integration, analytics, AI or automation is really needed.
From isolated data to building intelligence you can act on
Depending on the project, a custom solution can combine different building blocks:
- Data integration: Bring together information from sensors, building automation, existing databases and other suitable sources.
- Transparency & analysis: Develop your own dashboards, key figures and analyses for sites, equipment or user groups.
- AI in existing workflows: Build AI-supported functions into operating processes, applications and decision routines – for example to support prioritising, handling and routing of tasks.
- Automation: Develop defined routines and control strategies, for example for demand-based ventilation or aligned operating times – where the technical infrastructure allows it.
- Piloting & implementation: Start with a well-defined use case, check the effect and extend the solution step by step.
An example: many systems, but no shared picture
An operator has indoor climate sensors, consumption data and a building management system. But the information sits in separate applications. Nebatic can develop a concept to bring the relevant data together, analyse indoor quality and energy use jointly and support concrete operating decisions. A possible next stage is rule-based or AI-supported optimisation – with clearly defined limits and human oversight.
From the first question to a working system
We support the way from gathering requirements through architecture and prototype to integration and testing. Existing systems are kept wherever possible instead of being replaced unnecessarily. The goal is a solution that works in building operation, stays understandable and can adapt to changing requirements.
