Good care needs reliable spaces.
Patients, nursing staff and medical teams have different needs for their surroundings. Nebatic supports monitoring of relevant room parameters and makes deviations visible early – as a complement to, not a replacement for, clinical hygiene, medical or building management systems.
Where indoor quality is part of a sensitive everyday life
Waiting areas are crowded at times, patient rooms should allow rest and thermal comfort, staff areas have to work during long shifts too. Noise, unfavourable temperatures and poor air can reduce the quality of a stay. At the same time, many areas run around the clock, which increases energy and maintenance costs.
Unlike a normal office, healthcare has strict technical, hygiene and organisational requirements depending on the room. Particularly sensitive areas must not be controlled on general comfort indicators alone. Readings must therefore always be interpreted in the context of the specific room use and the applicable requirements.
Room-level insights, without crossing clinical boundaries
Nebatic can continuously observe non-critical areas such as waiting zones, administrative areas or suitable lounges and document changes in a traceable way.
- Quality of stay: identify trends in temperature, humidity, CO₂ and ambient noise.
- Operations management: prioritise unusual zones and recurring problems for the technical team.
- Energy: match usage patterns with operating times, as far as safety and hygiene requirements allow.
Operating theatres, isolation areas and other regulated rooms require separate technical checks, validated sensors and approvals. Nebatic replaces neither medical devices nor mandatory monitoring.
