Warranty for quality, safety, and long-term reliability

The Nebatic warranty provides additional protection beyond statutory warranty rights. It covers your device against material and manufacturing defects and ensures that repair, replacement, or refund processes are handled transparently and reliably.

Scope and duration of the warranty

NodeByNode Systems Design UG grants a warranty of two (2) years for the Nebatic product, starting from the date of the initial purchase by the end customer. The warranty applies worldwide unless national legal regulations prohibit this or provide for differing provisions. It applies exclusively to devices purchased through authorized sales channels and operated in accordance with the intended conditions of use.

Warranty coverage

The warranty exclusively covers material and manufacturing defects of the Nebatic device that occur under proper use within normal operating conditions. It does not cover functional deviations caused by external factors or improper use. Depending on the nature and extent of the defect, the manufacturer will provide an appropriate warranty service and—following technical evaluation—determine the most economically and technically reasonable solution.

Warranty services

Within the scope of the warranty, one of the following services may be provided, depending on the individual case:
• Repair of the defective device
• Replacement with a technically equivalent device
• Refund of the purchase price
The selection of the warranty service is determined by the manufacturer based on a technical assessment of the defect, economic proportionality, and the availability of spare parts or replacement devices.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damages that are not attributable to material or manufacturing defects. This includes, but is not limited to, damage caused by improper handling, incorrect installation, overloading, or external influences such as liquids, fire, power surges, or drops. Also excluded are unauthorized repair attempts, structural modifications to the device, damage caused by force majeure, and normal wear and tear or consumable components.

Warranty claims procedure

In the event of a warranty claim, the customer must first contact technical support at contact@nebatic.com and provide the device serial number, a description of the defect, and proof of purchase. After review, the customer will receive—if required—a return label and explicit authorization to return the device. The device may only be packaged and sent to the specified address after this approval, as unsolicited returns cannot be processed.

Processing time

Upon receipt of the device, a technical diagnosis will be performed. The average processing time is typically 10 to 20 business days, depending on the extent of the damage, availability of replacement parts, and shipping times. The customer will be informed about the progress and the outcome of the evaluation and will subsequently receive further instructions regarding the next steps.

Statutory rights

This voluntary manufacturer warranty is provided in addition to statutory warranty rights and does not replace them. Claims arising from mandatory national consumer protection and warranty regulations remain unaffected and apply independently of the use of this warranty. In case of doubt, the applicable statutory provisions shall take precedence.
