Notes
So that you can read our statements about health, energy and operations correctly:
Not a medical device, no diagnosis
Nebatic records and analyses conditions in indoor spaces, such as air quality, temperature, humidity, light and noise. Nebatic is not a medical device, does not make diagnoses and does not replace medical advice, examination or treatment. If you have health complaints, please consult a doctor.
Scientific basis
The links we show between the indoor environment and health, wellbeing and performance are based on published scientific studies. Where we quote figures, we name the source. Such links describe averages and do not apply in the same way to every individual.
Results are not guaranteed
How Nebatic affects the indoor environment, energy use and operating costs depends on the building, the existing building systems, how the building is used, the starting situation and whether and how recommendations are put into practice. Statements about savings therefore describe potential, not commitments. Only the services agreed in the respective contract are binding.
Simulations and examples
Simulations, floor plans and values on this website are simplified and serve as illustrations. They do not show measured data from real customers. Statements in quotation marks that describe typical situations from everyday building life are examples, not customer testimonials.
Not a safety or alarm system
Nebatic devices are not carbon monoxide, smoke, gas or fire alarms and do not replace required safety and warning equipment. CO₂ (carbon dioxide) is not the same as toxic carbon monoxide (CO).
Around-the-clock operation and control
Continuous around-the-clock monitoring requires power, an internet connection and an active service. Ventilation, heating, lighting or shading are controlled automatically only where the building systems allow it and the operator has approved it. Responsibility for operating the systems remains with the operator.
