From research into your building.
People spend most of their time indoors. How healthy these spaces are shapes wellbeing and performance, and how they are run shapes energy use and cost. Nebatic brings both together.
Our story
Nebatic is a deep-tech spin-off from the doctoral research of Dr Tahere (Lena) Golgolnia in systems engineering for health-promoting architecture at TU Dresden and the University of Cambridge.
The question of how buildings can measurably support the health of their users led to a solution that combines our own sensors, existing building data and artificial intelligence.
The company was founded in Dresden in 2024 and is now based in Berlin. In 2025, Nebatic was selected for funding by the Sächsische Aufbaubank.
